Novel drug delivery system (NDDS) is an innovative approach to drug delivery that addresses the limitations of the traditional drug delivery systems. If the novel drug delivery system is applied in herbal drugs, it should facilitate in increasing the efficaciousness and reducing the side effects of various herbs.
